From a forgotten field, to fermented fruit, Reveresque reclaimed a rundown farm just outside Bon Accord to craft estate fruit wines from haskap, cherries, aronia and saskatoons and other locally sourced fruit.
From our orchard to your glass, sip share and skip the same old grapes. Why pour California when your backyard tastes this bold? Be the guest who brings the bottle everyone will remember.
TASTE THE PRAIRIES
...where this all began, manifest in every sip
Taming this old neglected farm, full of noxious weeds and derelict outbuildings, into a thriving orchard and fruit winery.
...began in 2008 while exploring another piece of land teeming with wild saskatoons and blueberries. It was a shock to discover fruit wineries were actually a thing here in Alberta. With seven years experience under my belt—winemaking to fuel house parties on a budget—the idea of creating a fruit winery took root.
It wasn't until 2017 when I purchased this farm that I could finally pursue it. 2515 plants, 3250m of irrigation, countless experimental batches, one major barn restoration, mountains of paperwork, endless ups and downs, and 7.5 years later, it's no longer just my dream. Now, it's your turn to raise a glass and let Reveresque be the toast to your next great adventure.

Our first batch 2023 haskap fruit wine, sweet and dry launched September 28 2024!

Book a tasting at the winery. It’s in a barn loft that took way too long to restore.
